Gavin provides the analytical engine behind InvestInSuriname’s reports and custom research. Specializing in financial modeling, sector forecasting, and market intelligence, he produces research built for decision-making. His work underpins every report the platform publishes and every custom engagement it takes on — rigorous, actionable, and Suriname-specific.
Stijn is a Curaçao-based economist, strategist, and entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience across the Caribbean and beyond. As owner of MIND Strategy Consultants and a former senior advisor to the governments of Aruba, Curaçao, and Bonaire, he brings deep regional institutional knowledge and cross-border business expertise. He co-organized Suriname Week in Curaçao alongside Sam Kruiner and has written on Suriname’s oil-driven economic transformation.
Marny brings three decades of experience at the heart of Suriname’s energy sector. As former Manager of Petroleum Contracts at Staatsolie, she played a central role in attracting and negotiating contracts with ExxonMobil, Hess, TotalEnergies, and Tullow Oil. She currently leads Fossil Energy Consultancy Suriname and sits on the Supervisory Board of Republic Bank Suriname.
